A yellow weather warning is in place for Brecon and Radnorshire, with a heavy downpour of rain.

The Met Office has put warnings in place for flooding in Wales. They have said that the weather "is turning wet more widely through this morning, with heavy rain persisting all day long in places, particularly in northern parts of Wales. Becoming windy again with severe coastal gales possible. Mild for January. Maximum temperature 11 °C."

For tonight, the forecast is "rain clearing away from the north, but frequent showers or longer spells of rain returning overnight, especially in the west. Breezy on southern coasts and staying generally frost-free. Minimum temperature 5 °C."

For the rest of the week, showers are still possible but will be drier and less windy.

Rain is scheduled until 8 pm tonight.
