Spectators at The Bypass were treated to some quality goals as Radnor Valley and Bow Street drew 4–4 in the Ardal League North East.
The visitors, second in the league table, went in front through a 25-yard drive from Courtney Perkins, but Radnor levelled when Joey Price’s free-kick was parried by keeper Lewis James and Matt Croose snapped up the rebound.
Bow Street regained the lead with Ryan Evans heading in from a Perkins corner, but Jack Clarke put the Goats back on terms after latching on to Henry Shipley’s through ball. Josh Taylor put Bow Street ahead for a third time before the break with another quality strike from distance, but again Radnor hit back, with Lewis Morris flashing home a near-post header from Price’s corner on 64 minutes.
Radnor then went in front for the first time, with Price rifling home from the edge of the box, but the Ceredigion side were not to be denied a point, and Tomos Roberts snatched an equaliser on 89 minutes after Taylor’s initial header had been kept out by Otto Jones, who produced a number of top-drawer saves throughout the afternoon to earn himself the man-of-the-match award.
