Llandrindod Wells carry mid Wales’ hopes in the FAW Amateur Trophy on Saturday when they welcome Aberfan to The Broadway in the fifth round of the competition.
The Spa men will be looking to continue their excellent cup run and with home advantage must have a chance of progressing against opponents who play in the South Wales Alliance first division.
Llandrindod won 3-1 at Tywyn Bryncrug in the first round when Robbie Nicholls scored twice.
They then defeated local rivals, Builth Wells on penalties after a thrilling tie ended 3-3.
Llandrindod went on to beat Abertillery Excelsiors at home and AFC Llwydcoed away to reach this stage.
Llansantffraid Village, from the MMP Central Wales League North, are the only other remaining side from mid Wales and they have to visit Bridgend Street.
Builth Wells and Rhayader Town are in action in the Ardal League North East with Builth at home against Llanuwchllyn while Rhayader visit Penycae.
Builth will be seeking revenge following defeat at Llanuwchllyn back in September when they led three times before eventually suffering a 5-3 reversal.
Rhayader have played Penycae twice this time losing 1-0 in the League and 2-0 in the League Cup and manager, Dylan McPhee will be hoping it is third time lucky for The Red Kites who are set to hand a debut to new signing, Dennis Bates.
In the Ardal League South East, Brecon Corries welcome Blaenavon Blues to The Rich Field.
Radnor Valley can go top of the MMP Central Wales League South for the first time this season with victory at Aberystwyth University.
With Hay St Marys frustrated by the weather last weekend, and on duty in the League Cup at Trewern United this Saturday, The Goats can claim poll position. The University side have not played since December 5 and it might be a good time to tackle the students who are back from their Christmas break.
Radnor really are on top form having reeled off 10 successive wins in all competitions as they strive for the title along with Hay.
Knighton Town have a day at the seaside when they visit Aberaeron while Penybont United are away at Machynlleth still seeking their first win of the campaign.
Presteigne St Andrews also host Penparcau.
